Join ConTessa at Gen Con 2018 and play some epic Adventurers League Dungeons & Dragons at the ConTessa HQ on the field in Lucas Oil Stadium! Thursday and Friday, join Effie and Cindy as they run new characters through at least two mini-adventures in "A City on the Edge". Then, take those newly-leveled characters to the Epic "Peril at the Port", where up to 70 players will work together in separate groups to achieve the same objective, occasionally working together on their way through the adventure.

All events are rated for ages 13+, and open to new and experienced players alike. Thursday and Friday's games are for Tier 1 characters, and Saturday's game is for Tier 1 and Tier 2 characters.

GMs Needed!

We're looking for GMs who qualify to lead events at ConTessa (they come from a marginalized group) who want to help us out with running tables for the epic! See our entire page on Gen Con 2018 for more information on what GMing with ConTessa is like!

To apply as an Epic GM, fill out the form below:

ConTessa's mission is to forward the representation of marginalized people in tabletop gaming. To do that, we need marginalized representatives, which is why we have eligibility requirements for all our leaders. Anyone can sit on a panel, co-lead an event, or attend all our events, but the event owner must qualify as someone who is historically marginalized. That includes, but is not limited to the disabled, women, non-binary people, anyone on the LGBTQ spectrum, and people of color. By checking below, you certify that you're eligible to run a ConTessa event. No one from ConTessa will ever ask you to prove this information or in what way you qualify.
